Requirements:
- Holds a Bachelor's Degree in
Accounting/Finance.
- At least have 3
years of working experience as Accounting Supervisor.

2. Leasing Manager
Job Description:
- Responsible to achieve target leasing
(existing and new tenants)
- Responsible for
after sales services in coordination with building management
- Develop a leasing
strategy that will be conducted regularly
- Prepare an annual
budget plan for leasing department and ensure the realization of the use
of the budget as planned
- Monitor available
stock units and team achievements regularly
- Make a price list
and stock with the Director

analyzing every program conducted by the leasing department (including

3. SHIFT LEADER FOODCOURT
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- To deliver excellent customer service at all
times portraying a positive image for the brand.To lead the food court
team and undertake day to day leadership and delivery of all tasks
supporting operational delivery excellence at Shoppers Mall.
- To manage excellent
relationships with our client, suppliers and customers.
- Completion of all
monthly reporting systems to include Safety Talks/ Safety Inspections/
daily logs and incident reports.
- Ensure that all
Health and Safety requirements are followed as per company policies and
procedures
- Management of the
cleaning equipment, consumables and materials.
- Daily monitoring
of cleaning standards ensuring team proactively respond to all tasks as
required.
- Ensure that all
chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly in line with
manufactures and company operating procedures.
- Proactively lead
the team looking at innovations and efficiencies within the industry.
- Management of the
periodic cleaning schedules.
Requirements:
